Namaste,
The HalfMarathon event is back again, where participants share ten posts in fifteen days. I opted for colors as my theme for the event. Each day, I will post a short poem about a color.
This post is a part of the Blogchatter Half Marathon 2025.

Oh, the passion, desire, and allure
The confidence of a scarlet dress
The bold smirk of red lipstick
The flash of anger and the need for vengeance
Seeing red when wronged
The red-faced shame when caught red-handed
From carmine to crimson
A stimulant that comes with a caution label
Beware, or see the red of the dripping blood!

Nice poem. Red is such a bright color showing intensity of emotions
Thank you, Mahati!
Red really does come with a warning, doesn’t it? Loved this piece.
Thank you, Felishia!
Nice to read your poem, Sri. Your poem covers every mood associated with red. I liked your conceptualization and how you laced them with your words. Great one.
Thank you, dear!
